I usually don't write a review but I feel that I need to write one about the great service that I received. I had front end damage on my vehicle. The guy at the front desk Kriss Stewart was amazing...he set me up with a rental vehicle while my car was getting repaired. He made the whole process very easy. He gave me the quote for the repairs and dealt with my insurance company for me. I had a drivers side mirror replaced recently. I’m very satisfied with the whole company and how professional and courteous everyone is. Starting with Megan. She quickly identified and ordered the necessary part. I booked an appointment and waited for it to be installed. The part was installed in less than an hour. I’m very happy with the service and with the speed at which it was done I highly recommend CSN in Embrun and will definitely use their service again in the future.
What a wonderful group of people. Gale is a delight to deal with as is Chris. Both were great and professional when dealing with my recent visit. Needing a rental, Rob with Enterprise is right there at the desk, very prompt, friendly and professional. I love that we get this level of service in Russell/Embrun.
Sad to see so many good reviews, just confirms I was taken for a ride. Had some damages to the front of my car, went in for an estimate and they quoted me 5K more than anyone else. The appraiser seemed rushed, had no wiggle room and the price was firm. I went down the street and to two other places and the quote was still 5K higher. Be aware, they clearly don’t always operate in good faith.
