CSN Elite Express assessed my car for a claim, ICBC wrote it off. ICBC never called me back and Colleen who answered the phones coached me through the whole process. The customer service at CSN is incredible and highly recommend using them. I have also had body work done there before which was also fantastic. Highly recommend this place for any ICBC repair work, i believe they are best in the ICBC Repair Category by a long shot!
They did a great job communicating the details of my repairs. Helping set up a rental car. And it was done quickly. The car was also detailed beautifully and clean when I picked it up. The owner on the front staff are excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.
