Very impressed with Bill and his team. They accommodated my schedule for work to be completed, answered my inquiries and kept me updated on the completion time. The work took a bit longer than anticipated however was well worth the wait. Attention to detail with a couple complimentary extra steps added, made my vehicle look like it came out of the showroom. Took over five months for them to be able to get my vehicle in for repairs and a week to complete what was cosmetic repairs. Receptionist was great and very helpful and the completed job was done well but once I got the vehicle home my adult kids (2 weeks later - as we don’t use the van if we don’t have to). Opened the sliding back doors. One worked perfectly fine while the other stopped half way and was grinding. Advised insurance company who said take it back to CSN. We have had work done at this shop a few times in recent years. The service has always been quick, professional with very satisfactory repairs. They seem to have the ability to go beyond expectations on a regular basis. This month our vehicle was in yet again for some work. The communication was great, we were informed each step along the way and the finished product as always was excellent. I would not consider having any other shop do our body work and have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone needing body work.
