They do excellent work on vehicles
Workmanship after 2020 Repair in 2025. CSN was advised at the time of pickup we thought it seemed off. We were reassured it was fine, and guaranteed with the warranty. Fast forward to me noticing all the rust last year, and reaching out to CSN - only to be told I need the original paperwork for the warranty to be honoured. Apparently, their own recordkeeping doesnt satisfy their warranty requirements. If it seems off - don’t trust them like I did. Your trunk may end up looking like mine.
Did my Kia Forte after being rear ended. The trunk lid began rusting and I reached out. In 2025, the only way they will honour their warranty is if you have the original hardcopy paperwork from the repair. Their manager said he would contact my insurer to obtain what was necessary and never got back to me. The body work didn’t even last 5 years. I pointed out alignment issues at pick up and was dismissed.
