Janet was amazing. Even if the shop made mistakes and had troubles or delays, I wouldn't care (and didn't), just because Janet is pleasant to deal with, knows her stuff, knows people, communicates very well, is very helpful, etc. I got my body work done here because that was someone else's report; now it's mine. Edit: I've been hit again. I insisted on these guys again, and was perfectly pleased again. Couldn't have treated me better, answering questions, helping with concerns, in the best manner I could hope for.
Service was prompt and excellent. The car was also meticulously cleaned before being returned. I highly recommend their services.
Had my windshield replaced here through an insurance claim, and could not have been more impressed. Communication was clear and timely, work was done fast and they even detailed my car! Was super impressed!
Excellent customer service. They kept me informed and saved me from additional rental charges by getting me back into my car in a timely manner. 👍 Exceptional work and customer service. They are truly a fantastic team at CSN.
