Excellent customer service
Very detailed and excellent in customer service. CSN will 100% make sure all necessary information were provided few weeks before the repair and making sure appointments are going to be smooth for clients on the day of appointments. CSN also ensure quality and client satisfaction once repair is done. We are happy to see our Mazda CX5 2021 back spotless. Staffs are quick to respond via phone or email. Keep it up.
Devin and the office staff were very helpful during the whole process. It took longer than we expected, but the final result was amazing. Our car looked like it just rolled off of the assembly line. Would definitely recommend this body shop.
The business was recommended to me by my insurance, and the reviews looked good so I went with them. And they did not fail to disappoint! They were able to do both estimates (I had 2 separate claims) pretty quickly, and the customer service was excellent. It took about 6 weeks to get in for the actual repairs.
