I have had a bad experience with CSN. They repaired my vehicle after a drunk driver hit and run. When I picked up my vehicle there were issues with overspray, and new damage to my mirror that was not there from the accident. They will not resolve the issue, return my calls, or fix the issues. I have called dozens of times and have been very polite to no avail. I would not recommend CSN Dawson Creek and will be reporting back to ICBC.
CSN did a great job, from start to finish. The friendly customer service, the text and phone communication, and the quality and timely work on my vehicle. Definitely appreciate the effort.

My car returned with missing name tags, hasn't fixed the interior parts properly, there is an uneven gap between hatch door and the body after repairing. They don't care ..
Save your self the headache and go to Russ auto body instead. I paid for 2 deductibles and they only fixed one then promising to fix the next one soon and then have barely answered the phone in 5 months and still have not re booked me.
