Well organized, communicated timelines effectively, facilitated all details with my insurance company and rental car. Front Desk Administrator Kimberley was very understanding and helpful, answering any questions that I had.
Staff were professional, very accommodating, polite, took time to explain things, worked with me in my awkward schedule, literally nothing bad to say about the whole team from the front desk, to the gentlemen working on my truck. They even gave it a quick wash and polish, great people and service, highly recommended.
Everything about my experience with CSN was top notch. Communication was superb and friendly. The work was immaculate. They even reminded me to check with AMA to get the discount on my annual fees! Highly recommend CSN!
