Efficient, great communication, friendly and a perfect end product. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Chose this shop as it was listed as a “Gold Medal” shop with all repairs guaranteed!! I was dropped off and jumped in my car and drove home. I should have inspected the vehicle there as there was tape and overspray left on the driver’s window. The door moulding had to be replaced after the collision and I offered to order this part, at which time I was told by Brandon they would handle it. I recently had my truck repaired at this business. It was a no fault accident with my truck hit by a 3rd party so costs were covered through insurance. I had no say in selection of the shop it was assigned by the insurance company. Working with the shop through my insurance company they supplied an approved quote of roughly $2500. It took 4 months for them to get parts with my appointment booked and cancelled 4 times. After my accident, I looked for a shop that would follow OEM procedures and parts. My truck was significantly hit in the side of my cab. Thinking I had the right shop I gave them the list of items the insurance had agreed to, including measurements on the entire truck as it was hit hard enough to knock out the alignment.
