We were in a minor accident and our insurance recommended CSN for the repairs. Kimberly at the front is incredibly warm and helpful. I immediately felt like I could leave it all in her hands. She arranged the rental, they fixed our car way earlier than anticipated and she was funny and friendly throughout. I’m sure the guys working on the cars are excellent too, but I only had interactions with Kimberly. This place is great.

Well organized, communicated timelines effectively, facilitated all details with my insurance company and rental car. Front Desk Administrator Kimberley was very understanding and helpful, answering any questions that I had.
Staff were professional, very accommodating, polite, took time to explain things, worked with me in my awkward schedule, literally nothing bad to say about the whole team from the front desk, to the gentlemen working on my truck. They even gave it a quick wash and polish, great people and service, highly recommended.
