Friendly and communicative staff. They kept me in the loop through the whole repair process. I was pleased with the work they did and pleasantly surprised that they cleaned my car as well - inside too!
I’ve used Cowichan Collision for many years and have found the workmanship and customer care to be excellent. This time the team outdid themselves by having the vehicle repaired in less than half the time, and the interior wonderfully detailed, and then they continued their outstanding service by having the rental car brought to the shop and arranged the convenience of being able to drop it off there as they waited past their closing time for me to arrive after my workday. Would 10/10 recommend! They fixed the bumper on my car through an ICBC claim - Mike and crew had it done ahead of schedule and cleaned my car inside and out. What a wonderful treat! The courtesy car company they work with was also lovely to deal with. I quite literally never leave Google reviews, but this one feels necessary!
