I took my accent to Cowichan Collision to fix the bumper. The plastics clips had sheered off on the passenger side and it had punctured the hose that connected to the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. They trimmed down the hose, reconnected it and reattached the bumper in a matter of minutes all with no charge. It was quick and simple and they were more than happy to accommodate the level of repair I was looking for.
Cowichan Collision recently repaired a fender-bender on my CR-V and they did a fabulous job. The repair looks great, it was finished days earlier than they told me to expect it, they cleaned my car inside and out, and they even helped arrange my rental car. It took awhile to get the appointment but it was well worth the wait as they were so helpful, professional and gave such great service!
Friendly and communicative staff. They kept me in the loop through the whole repair process. I was pleased with the work they did and pleasantly surprised that they cleaned my car as well - inside too!
