What a marvelous experience dealing with Russ (and crew) at Cowichan Collision. They made a stressful time much easier and my car has come back looking better than new. I highly recommend this business. The little things added up, the help putting the car seat into my rental car was appreciated, the contact letting me know where my car was at and when my car would be ready, arranging the rental car. Wow! I absolutely recommend Russ and his helpful professional team for any detailed work! They did a great job to get me in quickly, kept me informed and updated as things progressed, and did their best to work around my hectic schedule which I really appreciated. Edit May 23, 2025 Giving back the 2 stars I dropped due to my misunderstanding of ICBC coverage. Cowichan Collision paid for my extra day of car rental even though they really didn’t to. Overall, great service and customer support Amazing service, friendly helpful staff. My car looked like new again. Thank you!! Had to drop 2 stars as my car took an extra day to repair and because ICBC was not notified in advanced I am stuck paying extra replacement car rental fee. As Cowichan Collision deals with ICBC daily they could have informed ICBC of extra day or, at least notified me that I should contact ICBC.
