Dropped a vehicle off to repair front end damage. Received the vehicle without a working trunk. At no point in the troubleshooting have they been helpful. They've just thrown their hands in the air and said that it's not their problem Edit: At no point in the troubleshooting or any of the communication was this pre-investigation disclosed.
Had a very positive experience here. I was unfortunately in two collisions over the past couple of years and went to CSN Cochrane Image. Both times the repairs were done on time and they even cleaned the inside of my car and washed it too which was a nice bonus. They kept me updated on the repair timeline as my car was being worked on. You can tell they put pride in what they do. I would highly recommend anyone use CSN for their car repairs. I wish I never brought my Truck here to be repaired. All their work is falling apart after a few months on my 2025 Tacoma. Truck burns in reverse. Check out the photos. Random pieces of my truck left in the middle console. Dash cam is not installed and just unplugged. Update June 19, 2026. They refuse to help me. They say its everyone else. I went to take the truck cover off and discovered the screws are stripped and it cant come off. Vehicle is slowly falling apart. Again a new disappointment.
Amazing customer service! Cannot say enough good things about how I was treated while my car was being repaired by CSN in Cochrane. I was given clear timelines and updated every step of the way. The quality of work done on my front bumper is fantastic. You guys are great 🙂
