Wow… all I can say is WOW. A block of ice smashed and completely disintegrated my front grille, and I had been driving around like that for months. I finally ordered a replacement from Amazon and went around Cochrane trying to get it installed. Some shops said they couldn’t do it, others said it would take 4 hours and were too busy. CSN Cochrane did an excellent job in fixing the entire right side of our Bronco. Terri at the front desk is the best. Vehicle was completed ahead of schedule and was even detailed to show room condition. Why does anyone go anywhere else?
I heard a loud noise and something drag under my car. It was really scary and I wasn't sure what to do. So I drove straight to CSN and the receptionist was so nice about it. I thought I was going to be told I needed an appointment. But I wasn't, she helped me right away and someone took my car to look at it. They reattached the piece that had come undone. Really great service and very friendly! I went there to get a car repaired after an accident and i need to go again and they make it very easy and explain everything to me.
My insurance set up Repairs at this shop for an l accident that resulted in someone backing into my car. These things can probably feel stressful, but it wasn’t for me. Terri did a fantastic job keeping me up to date on my vehicles progress and there was consistent communication throughout. I picked up My car today it was like looking at a new vehicle! Everyone here was super friendly and professional and this location is lucky to have Terri! Excellent service!
