Great service, repair looks great, no issues
Very professional service. Repairing our vehicle took a little longer than expected but it was to deliver top notch customer satisfaction as a replacement of a rear window by a glass shop did not match expectations of the shops standards. Nichole was awesome to deal with and I am very pleased that we picked this shop for the repair! I rate them 10/10. Awesome service!
Didn’t get vehicle back on time Dropped it in off on Monday and was told it would be ready on Friday, on Friday we had to call them right before they closed assuming it would be ready to go. It was not they had just started working on it. They then told us it would be done on Wednesday. Again on Wednesday we had to call them right before they closed just for them ti tell us it still wasn’t ready. Then Thursday came and they finally called us and told us it was ready to go. The CSN staff in Chetwynd, BC, went above and beyond their regular duties while my truck was in the shop. Due to lack of technicians my truck ended up staying in the shop longer than it should have but it came out looking clean and new. Thank you CSN.
