CSN chetwynd did the repairs after a deer encounter. Waited ~3 months before they could take my car, at which point they said approx. 5 days for the repairs. Took 16 days. This is all understandable, they are busy, and they did a good job on the outside. But they neglected to put back the engine air intake cover under the hood and say they apparently have not touched my door, which is now missing the little screw cover on the passenger side armrest. Staff were very helpful and nice, i’ve never dealt with icbc before, but Nicole helped me through most of it. And the body shop stafff did a good job on fixing up my truck too, looks as good as new!

They repaired my tailgate it looked good the only problem was the wait to get approval from ICBC
