Update: I was compensated by the bodyshop for detailing chemicals I had to buy to clean up the mess they left. The bumper assembly was fixed on my return visit. My emails were not responded to by management for over 1 week until I left a negative review, to which I was contacted immediately about. I updated my review to 2 stars since they compensated me for the products I had to buy, but it doesn't make up for the time I had to spend dealing with this. Highly recommend avoiding this body shop. Very unprofessional! Melissa at the front desk is unhelpful and unknowledgeable. When I asked her questions about my freshly painted bumper, not only did she not know the answers, but she made no attempt to find out the answers. I repeatedly had to ask her if she can ask someone who knows. Simple things like how long do I need to wait to wash it, etc. Management is not any better. Horrible service, no response after calling them 3 times in a week. Looks like they don’t want to work. My insurance claim was approved. Last I spoke to a lady who said it’s her first day. I asked her if she can transfer me to someone who is incharge and and she said there is no one who can talk to me right now. Rob who is the manager is not reachable. Hope they pull up their socks and start respecting their Customers
Held the car for two weeks, so far, for what was originally estimated as 4 days. Will not provide updates on repair or status of car. I'm not even sure they still have it. An utterly, frustrating and miserable experience, and it's not done yet. Beware. (Updated to 3 stars.
