Update: I was compensated by the bodyshop for detailing chemicals I had to buy to clean up the mess they left. The bumper assembly was fixed on my return visit. My emails were not responded to by management for over 1 week until I left a negative review, to which I was contacted immediately about. I updated my review to 2 stars since they compensated me for the products I had to buy, but it doesn't make up for the time I had to spend dealing with this. Highly recommend avoiding this body shop. Very unprofessional! Melissa at the front desk is unhelpful and unknowledgeable. When I asked her questions about my freshly painted bumper, not only did she not know the answers, but she made no attempt to find out the answers. I repeatedly had to ask her if she can ask someone who knows. Simple things like how long do I need to wait to wash it, etc. Management is not any better.
