Horrible service, no response after calling them 3 times in a week. Looks like they don’t want to work. My insurance claim was approved. Last I spoke to a lady who said it’s her first day. I asked her if she can transfer me to someone who is incharge and and she said there is no one who can talk to me right now. Rob who is the manager is not reachable. Hope they pull up their socks and start respecting their Customers
Held the car for two weeks, so far, for what was originally estimated as 4 days. Will not provide updates on repair or status of car. I'm not even sure they still have it. An utterly, frustrating and miserable experience, and it's not done yet. Beware. (Updated to 3 stars. They did reach out and explain the situation to me, as much as they could since there's apparently legal barriers keeping them from fully answering my questions, since this is an insurance-based repair. They did a great job on my tailgate and bumper. Matched the color perfectly. Very happy with the experience and will definitely recommend.
