Very unprofessional, took way longer than it should have to fix my car, never gave proper updates or had any idea of what was going on, released my car with damage still on the car and then tried to fight me saying it wasn’t part of the accident when it was so I had to fight just for my car to go back and then I received my car finally after 3 and a half months and there is still shaking on the side it was hit from. Was sent here for warranty work on my Ford and im glad I didn't have to pay for this. Some extremely shoddy work. The car went back 6 to 8 times because of defects with the work. I am still not happy with the work but I am tired of bringing the car back to them so I'm just going to live with it. Definitely will never be a paying customer at this shop.
My truck looks excellent. Everything is square and all body lines are lined up perfectly. Thank you for getting it done when I needed it. Excellent cleaning as well. Thank you to the manager for excellent communication.
General manager was fantastic , and extremely professional. Thank you for all you did .
