We used Buchan’s for an insurance repair and they couldn’t have been more wonderful! Tori was incredible - so knowledgeable, communicated directly with the insurance company AND arranged our rental (so I didn’t have to!). Ashley kept us informed of the status of repairs and everyone at the front desk was so friendly when dropping off and picking up. As an added bonus, our car had been courtesy cleaned while in their care. So happy with the service and professionalism.
Great staff, they kept me informed every step of the repair. Would highly recommend Buchans to anyone needing repairs.

Took my vehicle up on Monday (april 5th) for body work, they did a great job on the body work but when I left I didn’t get very far as all of a sudden I got a warning saying my engine was over heating and to pull over to shut my vehicle down. I sat on the side of hwy 400 and had to call a tow truck (and pay for the tow) to take my vehicle to Bracebridge to the dealership I use for them to fix an issue Buchans caused.
