The CSR staff were so polite and accommodating right from the beginning I have a late model hybrid vehicle windshield break yup expensive but insured however technology wow anyways there was a vibrating sound ,the technical expert and owner troubleshooting for quite some time ,taking for test drives and etc it was a difficult issue ,they put it on a hoist then one of the collision repair technicians found the source it was a stripped or loose bolt that secures the panel and metal fire panel unrelated to the windshield repair... read more
The staff,, top shelf all around. Car was returned to us better than new. All questions and concerns were addressed with respect.
Did a great job. Front desk staff are a pleasure to deal with.
