Going to getting a collision repair can be frustrating along with other things. Entering the office of CSN Collision from the get go was a welcoming experience. Rebecca was outstanding in getting our repairs done ASAP. Rebecca exhibits being pleasant while exercising professionalism and poise. What a great job by the staff at CSN Collision. Having to make a claim to get a vehicle repaired can be challenging. Entering the office of CSN was nothing but pleasant, as the staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. Rebecca represented CSN with poise and professionalism. Rebecca was prompt in getting our repair completed. When we picked up our vehicle after repairs, we found a small fleck of dirt had landed in the newly painted area. So now the challenge of getting that fleck repaired. No problem!!!
