Very professional and easy to deal with. They did all correspondence with insurance company and booked rental etc for me. Very happy with service and the repairs to my vehicle

I went in frustrated and pretty upset regarding the damage on my car, looking for a second estimate - I left feeling heard, and so much better about the whole situation, because of the knowledge + compassion of Paul and Kristina. They were kind, understanding and took time to explain everything clearly. CSN is definitely the number one in Brockville for service and going above and beyond. We tried Fixauto first and waited 2 months and still could not get a firm date. We cancelled and were very glad we did. CSN was fantastic. The job was perfection and they cleaned the car outside and in better Than I would have. We will never go elsewhere. They are the best!
