Paul and Kristina are a great first face(s) when walking in the doors! They are personal and professional and are on top of it all from start to finish! The team got my SUV back to showroom ready within the timeframe they told me and detailed it to impeccable shiny and cleanliness!! If you need work done, CSN is the place to go! This is the worse experience and as a 1st ever minor accident, no staff at CSN ever contacted me following my accident to explain anything to me. Seems they work with insurance companies such as CAA who have them increase their repair costs to write off vehicles. There was minor damage sustained to driver back side of my car only cosmetic nothing structure. Car was very fixable. I was referred to CSN thru my insurance provider. The shop and office area are nice and tidy, and the two employees I met are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for any body work needed!
