From the very first phone call, Danielle was amazing. The accident was a very stressful situation but Danielle was so informative and told us everything we needed to know. She truly made the whole situation feel stress-free and was completely professional and an expert at what she does! Even as the days went on, speaking with others including Katie our appraiser she explained everything in detail and was so informative, the entire process went smoothly. Sorry the accident happened not sorry we found CSN!
I had a great experience with CSN. Staff was extremely friendly and thorough with all that needed to be done to my car. They had great communication and kept me regularly updated on my cars status including letting me know the cost was going to be cheaper than the original quote and that an ordered part was delayed where they provided me options on how they could get me my car back sooner even with the delay. They gave a detailed overview on everything completed upon pick up. I would definitely recommend!
From the very first step, CSN was helpful and always kept me in the loop! They were extremely knowledgeable in the process and always made me feel confident that my car was in the best hands. They were very helpful with any questions I had and already had a rental set up for me with no issues. Would recommend to anyone!
Took my truck to Csn for some damage to be repaired and the customer service and quality of work is un matched . Awesome place .
I was rear ended sitting at a red light. I was able to call my insurance right away and head over to CSN collision and drop my car off before going back to work. Because it was a no fault accident I was able to have my car go in that day and start being worked on. I picked it up the following day after work, all while getting a rental that I had to do nothing to arrange. This team is amazing and I felt very taken care of!! Thanks guys!
