Never going to CSN Bongard collision center again. They originally told me it would take a week to fix the door on my car, however it took them over a month to fix it. They kept giving me false timelines when calling them over and over again. They are also very poor with their communication with me and my insurance company. They would tell me one thing, and insurance company something completely different. Service was incredible and exceeded my expectations. The team went above and beyond and the damages on my car were repaired and it looks great! From start to finish, CSN Bongard was excellent. Erma was amazing - so welcoming and personable and really knew her stuff. I will recommend this place my family and friends and keep them in my contact list.
