We're very happy with the work performed on our car, and all staff were very friendly. They helped coordinate with our insurance company and Enterprise car rental, and the work was done quickly and it looks great! When I arrived to pick up the car, the girl at the desk was on the phone so when the owner/manager (I think?) noticed I was waiting, he took care of me. I have zero complaints - they will be my first call should we ever need body work done in the future.
Reception ladies are the best! Always helpful and easy to talk to!
Very slow service.. it’s taking too long for a head light repair. Dropped off car a month ago, still waiting for parts.. Finally picked up car today. Took a bit longer but workmanship was excellent. Overall a good job..
Very impressed by the quality of work and the girls who handled my claim. I was worried how this would turn out. Considering the damage, the repair work exceeded my expectations. Hope I never need another collision repair but if so, Bongard Collision center in Ajax will have my business. Thank you Bongard Team!
My insurance wasn't the most helpful at the start, but the staff at CSN were amazing to deal with throughout the whole proccess. They kept me updated and got me car back to me, looking good as new within a very reasonable time frame. I'm very happy with their work and couldn't be more thankful for all their hard work.
