The two Ladies working the front desk are beyond professional, friendly and absolutely lovely. They are knowledgeable in there work and I appreciate there expertise. Also the owner very friendly and kind as well as professional. My vehicle was brought here from a collision and im greatful for an understanding team that not only answers all questions but does a great job. Thanks again!
The 2 lady receptionists are fantastic. Extremely cooperative, very professional, ladies Super attitude. More than willing to help you Always keep you informed. The company is really lucky to have employees like this. On my car, they did a great job cleaned it up vacuumed it shined it all kinds of good stuff Fabulous repair. I had my car repaired at this shop through insurance after an accident. The damage was on the rear left passenger side above the tire. While the paintwork was initially done, rust began to appear within just one month. When I brought the car back, they gave me absurd excuses, saying certain parts weren’t covered, that they hadn’t worked there, and that they never touched it. I had a front end collision back in March of 2026. CSN Bongard preformed the repairs, but my insurance would only pay for aftermarket parts. The actual front bumper caused nothing but grief because of fitment issues. George went above and beyond to get an authorization to use an OEM bumper. Everything looks factory now and I could not be happier.
We're very happy with the work performed on our car, and all staff were very friendly. They helped coordinate with our insurance company and Enterprise car rental, and the work was done quickly and it looks great! When I arrived to pick up the car, the girl at the desk was on the phone so when the owner/manager (I think?) noticed I was waiting, he took care of me. I have zero complaints - they will be my first call should we ever need body work done in the future.
