As the shop is a customer of my company i chose these guys. I see what happens in the back and I've never seen bad staff when I show up for a delivery. We've made a few jokes etc, and they were pretty awesome at matching my weird ass safety vest yellow green paint. Tally and crew for a win
The repairs that were done on my vehicle are perfect. Only one thing and it’s not regarding the work as that was great! One headlight and cover had to be replaced due to the damage. So now the headlight cover is clear as day of course but the other one is foggy and kinda dirty looking. Had I known that was being replaced I may have opted to have the other one changed at my cost. Nothing wrong either the repairs themselves. Also I was updated regularly on the status of my vehicle. That was appreciated
Very easy to deal with. They did a super job and made sure we were satisfied with repairs before left.
Staff was personable and kept us informed at every stage. We did have to complain about an aftermarket part that just wasn’t lining up properly, so that they could go back to ICBC and request OEM. Once that was on it was good as new. Our grille was supposed to have a chrome molding but they said they couldn’t get it, which was a bit frustrating. Overall it’s was an efficient and seamless process though and we’re very happy with the results. We would recommend them to anyone needing repairs!
