Service from the start was great. Looked at my vehicle and came up with quick estimate to the exterior of my vehicle. Once the vehicle was in for repair a closer look under the hood revised the estimate. Vehicle was repaired and ready to go as promised. Work looks great, car drive well and they even cleaned the car interior. Thanks to all staff involved.
I brought my truck in back in May after a collision, they repaired everything well, you would never even know. They provide great customer service and are easy to work with. My sensors needed to be recalibrated and they got me back in and fixed it, no problem. I would recommend them for anyone looking to get work done!
Great Quality of work, but customer service is non-existent. Took my car to get fix, due to an accident, but had following issues dealing with the shop. 1. Had too follow-up with the shop regarding sending the estimate to the insurance company. 2. When the work was done, nobody took the time to explain what was done. 3. Almost $3,000 over the original estimate,. 4. Took the car to a competitive shop in Ottawa to get the work re-evaluated.
