Repairs were completed to my satisfaction as per the timeline provided, the staff was courteous and professional and I was updated regularly with progress. They were very helpful after the repairs when an issue was encountered after the car wouldn’t start a day after being picked up.. my representative provided details of a code that was captured on the day it was dropped off which helped explain what may point to a cause and recommended taking it to the dealer for further investigation… I am very pleased with the response..
I went to CSN Orleans for repairs after a car accident. The experience there was excellent. All of the staff, including reception was exceptional - kind, attentive, well-informed, helpful and efficient. Masood was overseeing and helping me with my repairs specifically.
