Vary friendly atmosphere. Receptionist was polite, explaining very clearly all the procedures and transmit confidence. Very polite staff and quick to answer what ever questions I had. The work on the driver’s door was beautiful. Paint matched perfectly the rest of the car. They even had the car all cleaned up when I picked it up. Thank you Jocelyne
After my car was in an accident I met the team at the intact service centre and they were all so lovey and extremely helpful. It's not easy to navigate the experience with insurance , especially after your car is damaged beyond repair, and they went above and beyond to get me into a rental (even after the insurance company did not line one up for me) and back to my daily life. 10/10 service!

I was involved in a car accident recently and my Belair Insurance adjuster suggested Intact Service Center handle the repairs. I’m so happy she did, and I was treated kindly and professionally by the excellent staff, Matt, Jay and Peggy (who made me a coffee). I was loaned a beautiful 2025 VW Taos while repairs were ongoing and my car now looks great. A very positive experience, thanks to the staff. Intact is fortunate to have these people represent their company.
I had an excellent experience with this service centre. The process was smooth, my car was repaired in a timely manner, and it came back looking like new.
