They were very pleasant and helpful. They discussed what was needed and gave me a time frame for the repairs. They kept me updated as to what was happenig. When I picked up my car it was cleaned thoroughly.
Had a great experience with CSN Collision. Well, my car getting hit-and-run wasn't pleasant! But they repaired it quickly and efficiently, looks BETTER than new, and it was so easy to work with them. No complaints, and would recommend if you need an ICBC-approved repair shop!
They were awesome, took great care of me. Organized everything as well as kept me informed on the progress. They are the best!!
I'm honestly beyond impressed by the professionalism and friendliness by the staff at CSN. Not only that, their work is impeccable. My repair was done before the quoted time and they made efforts to make sure I find a rental car similar to my current car, so it would be easier for me to lug my kids around. I'm beyond blessed for having CSN close to my house.
