First of all, the staff are very friendly! Jason, the Appraiser, is very efficient. After doing the initial appraisal, he showed me what needed to be done on my vehicle and explained in detail the work that would be done. I was also given a written copy listing, in detail, the scope of the work. My vehicle was ready for pick up exactly in the time frame that I was told. When I picked it up, my vehicle looked like new again, not only on the outside but they cleaned the interior too. Thank you so much Jason and team!

From appraisal to car completion the staff were excellent. Answered all my questions, kept me informed and updated with the process and when I picked up via my vehicle it looked and ran perfectly. To top the process off they detailed my vehicle. Highly recommend
The staff at CSN baseline collision were very friendly and helpful. Dino in particular went above and beyond to ensure I was kept in the loop during the repair process and my vehicle now looks brand new again.
