A deer ran into the side of my car, i asked for it to be towed to Avalon, they weren't accepting tow in vehicles, the assistant manager i spoke too was very rude and unhelpful. My car then got sent to another shop 2 hours away. The turn around time I was told by them was 3 to 4 months, unacceptable. Fast forward to this year, my car got damaged again, and once again the assistant manager was not pleasant to deal with so I took my car back to the shop 2 hours away.
