My experience having a repair done at Avalon was far from satisfactory, having waited since Christmas until April to get my vehicle into there shop, this I can understand, I dropped it off and left it with them for two week while I was out of the country, when I returned to pick it up I was told that the repair went well and it's ready to go, when I inspected the repair I was suprised to see that there was a scuff in the black paint on the bumper! , the side trim pieces either side of the bumper were damaged with screwdriver... read more
