I unfortunately had a deer leap in front of my vehicle as I drove down the highway, just before Christmas, crumbling the front passenger wheel well, bumper, displacing the headlight/fog light, numerous other pieces damaged. Avalon contacted me once my insurance called them, they booked me in and had everything ordered and ready to go upon my appointment date, my vehicle was fixed and painted in a timely matter and I was back driving it with no issues. The service was very polite and accommodating. They walked me through what they would be repairing and answered all my questions patiently. The only thing keeping me from unequivocally giving a 5-star rating was that they were not able to get my vehicle back into the shop for several months after returning it to me due to an issue getting the necessary parts. Once they did get it back in, though, they finished several days faster than their original estimate, which I very much appreciated.
