A-1 Customer Service excellence f ; from front desk receptionist to shop manager. I had just came in to get a Quote on a repair, ; my vehicle was looked at and a " quick bodywork fix " was done.. " on the spot " Very conscientious business person that wasn't " pressuring " for any BIG repair invoice ". I would go back for any bodywork or painting to amy of our vehicles without hesitation. I am not satisfied with the repair work that was done on my vehicle. I was called and told that it was ready for pickup. I live an hour and 40 minute drive away. When I got there, I noticed an over-spray on 2 doors. There was also a spot on the box that was dirt or something in the paint. I had to leave my vehicle there. It seemed obvious to me that there was no quality control or inspection of the vehicle prior to placing the vehicle out for pickup. That adds up to over 3 hours of driving and no compensation for it.
