I had my car serviced at CSN ALLIANCE to replace the bumper. I picked it up when the repair was finished and on the way to the service I noticed that one of the wheels was losing pressure. I installed a spare wheel and saw that there was a screw in the wheels that came from the automotive industry. After I called to resolve this problem amicably I was told that they do not take responsibility and that that screw can be taken from anywhere on the road.
I found the front of house staff extremely good at their job, knowledgeable and polite. Kept me informed and responded quickly when I asked a question. The crew working on my suv did an amazing job, perfect repair 10 out of 10

They're ok and exterior work is visually good. I read other reviews where customers received their car back cleaned - even detailed one reviewer said, when they didn't expect it. I chose this company over others as reviews indicated they went above and beyond. My car was done with very little cleaning and no vacuuming done. Invoice came back with towing charges and I dropped my car off myself.
