Subpar worksmanship at best. The Appraiser promised me a much different result. I really am unimpressed by the Quality of the work. When I reported my Concerns I was given a half assed explaination that Aftermarket parts fitment varies. But thats just the tip of the iceberg... The appraiser who i initially spoke to went on vacation... And leaving my car at the shop for over a week. The outcome just left a lot more to be desired. I accompanied my mom to have her front bumper serviced after a hit and run. From the moment we were connected with Martino Brothers via her insurance company, these gents gave a phenomenal service experience. Shout out to Mark who personally drove us to the rental location and personally drove the rental vehicle back when the work was completed. In addition he changed a small burnt out light at no extra cost. Keep it up guys. Amazing customer service.
Amazing service and follow up !! I was pleasantly suprised by seeing that they even washed the mats inside of the car, upon my car pick up .. they say it is courtesy, but I say it is an excellence in providing the outstanding customer service . Thanks again !!
We received great service after our car accident. They walked us through the process and our car was ready in no time. Not to mention how impressed we were with the repair- couldn't even tell anything had happened.
