Everyone that I dealt with was friendly, kind, professional and personable. They were great to deal with from estimate to vehicle pick up. There was some issues with parts and they were incredibly apologetic about it even though it was nothing they had control over. The lifetime warranty of the work (so long as I own the vehicle) gives peace of mind and from what I can currently see on my vehicle, the work was done correctly and meticulously.
CSN Absolute fixed my car after a thief messed with it. The whole thing was upsetting, but CSN Absolute handled everything with stride and let me know what was going on with my car as they repaired it. They were able to text me regularly with updates as I have a very busy life. When I got my car back, it was perfectly repaired and clean! It was a great relief and made me feel like I mattered.
