Ryan was super professional and nice about my situation, but everything else so far has been terrible. My insurance place recommended this place for myself and I had an appointment booked on Aug 31st 1pm (got a confirmation text and even a rental waiting for me) just to go and find out none of my parts were even ordered to begin with and they cannot take my car, I work back and fourth between Calgary etc and don’t have time for petty mistakes like this. I’m very very unhappy with how it was dealt.
I have used CSN Absolute in two different situations and both times they were amazing! Everyone there was very friendly, it was easy and they did amazing work! They use Enterprise if you need a rental and make sure everything is set up for you for easy pickup/drop off! If you need a ride to Enterprise they will set it up that someone from Enterprise is there to pick you up at the time of your appointment! Definitely recommend!
Brought in to fix my sunroof leaking among other things and they were awsome and very helpful
These guys were wonderful! If you happen to get your vehicle banged up these are the guys you want fixing it. Very friendly, professional, and made the process feel so simple. Bonus points for how quick they are and my truck looks gorgeous. Thank you CSN!
