I was pleased with the way the handled the process of fixing my car. Even though the repairs were mechanical rather than auto bodywork. You arranged for the additional approvals for work done, had the car taken to a Toyota dealer for repair and communicated all progress to me.
From the first call to inquire for an appointment to day of pickup, exceptional customer service all the way! Ryan and body shop tech took the time to explain the work required. Friendly greeting as soon as you walk in the door:) Smooth process with insurance, car rental. #1 auto body shop!! No trace of the accident at all, see pics!!
Good expirience, detailed repairs. Had some issues with the car after repairs but they took it in again to fix the issues.
Have dealt with CSN on a couple of occasions,went above and beyond for us on this last visit by taping up and cleaning glass on an exploded sunroof without even knowing if they would recieve the work to replace it as it was a brand new car and possible warranty job,would highly recommend, have done great work for us on previous incidents.
