Called these people in March to install a txv. They came did it and system worked fine. First hot day in june it froze up and i let it thaw. When it got hot again it started freezing up. Called CSM and paid $75 they sped blower up and took my new filter and said it was fixed. No diagnosis no nothing. This was right before july 4 and still no ac and no idea what the problem is

As a small business, downtime is expensive, so I really appreciated CSM’s urgency and professionalism. The owner and his two technicians treated us and our small salon with a ton of respect. They clearly knew what they were doing, quick response, clear diagnosis, and they stayed on it until we had a real solution. Honest, hardworking crew. Extremely fair. Highly recommend.

Got home Friday night & at 8pm realized our heat wasn’t working. Knowing it is going to be 15° within the next 2 days & I have children in the house I needed to get someone out quick. Called over 20 different companies & these guys came through!!! Had someone out within 30 minutes!!! I highly recommend Chris & these guys for all your heating & cooling needs!!!!

They'll make an appointment with you then never show up. I tried to meet this guy twice, took time off work to meet him and he never showed, didn't answer his phone or respond to texts.
