Our experience with CSM Conveyancing was deeply disappointing. Communication was abysmal, with emails and calls frequently going unanswered for days. Critical deadlines were missed, creating unnecessary stress and delays. Worst customer service we have ever received, the way Rachel spoke to my 84 year old Grandmother who is hard of hearing was appalling. Never have experienced such poor treatment from a conveyancer.
