Absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated spoken down to and Rachael even raised her voice when speaking to me. She is rude and I would not recommend anyone use this firm.. I was so upset. Mistakes Rachael made were blamed on others ie realestate, council paperwork when it wasn’t, clearly it was hers. She doesn’t listen Her attitude was beyond words. I have now terminated their services and will go with another conveyancer to complete our house sale. Jacqui Severs
We have had the misfortune of dealing with Rachel a couple of times and never in my 39 years of life have been spoken to so rudely. Just a a horrible women to deal with. Stay away from this firm. Deplorable. 0 stars
Our experience with CSM Conveyancing was deeply disappointing. Communication was abysmal, with emails and calls frequently going unanswered for days. Critical deadlines were missed, creating unnecessary stress and delays. The team came across as disorganized and unprofessional, failing to explain key steps in the process and leaving me to constantly chase updates. Worst customer service we have ever received, the way Rachel spoke to my 84 year old Grandmother who is hard of hearing was appalling. Never have experienced such poor treatment from a conveyancer.
I highly recommend CSM Conveyancing for both selling and buying legal work. Rachael and the team were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Rachael would always take my calls or return them promptly and they are very reasonably priced. Thank you Rachael!!
