I called CSL after finding water damage in a basement room, caused from a plugged kitchen drain line. My insurance Company wanted me to supply them with a video of the sewer line. I talked to Chris who told me he could do this and provide me with a video. He arrived, unplugged the line, sent a camera down the line, then packed up and handed me a bill for $420 ( $225+gst for the video).
