Poor staff treatment. I get its a rough neighborhood but that doesnt mean the attitude and service provided has to be bad as well. First young lady to help me was polite and gave great help. Second guy for screening was some piece of work. Refused to give me information. Sat there and said cant disclose any information when it takes google a few clicks to give you the info.

I came at 3 pm, wasted 4 hours there and they never took donation, they let everyone in front of me and sent me home saying it was late.
