Starting to understand why BioLife is appointment only. Second time in a month I got turned away more than an hour before closing due to staffing issues. Wasn't so bad before they started tying what minimal bonuses they still offer to seven or eight visits a month. No reward program, seems like every month the compensation per donation goes down, and if you're trying to donate here around a full-time job it's pretty much impossible to do twice a week. They were kind enough to get me in the first time, even though they told me once I got there that they normally don't take newcomers after 4pm (which I wasnt told on the phone). 4 stars because the miscommunication continues with them saying as long as someone was with our minor child in the lobby, they could be here only to drive the hour to get here and be told she couldn't even be in the building, even if an adult was sitting with her the whole time. This is the highest rated location in our area, so I'm really hoping it ... read more
Beckett was so friendly, kind & informative. It was just his third day at this location and he exceeded my expectations as a first time donor.
