I was a new donor at CSL plasma recently and have gone back a few more times since. From the second I stepped into the facility, I had a great experience and the staff was very communicative. During my first donation I got very light headed twice and the staff was very attentive and kept checking in. They also gave me tips on how to make my next donation better. The Worst Customer Service ever! I don’t even leave reviews. However, I cannot believe the way I was treated by the incompetent staff at the Manchester location. I went to this location a little after 8 AM today, I stood in line, a staff member looked at me, didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, I continued to wait patiently. After about 5-7 minutes she finally decided to acknowledge that I was standing there and asked If I was a new donor, I replied yes and she goes on to say oh we’re not taking anyone new until noon, I... read more
The last three times I've been in as a new patient I'm sent away, it doesn't matter if it's 8:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. they never have the time , kind of ridiculous
Some of the employees are ridiculously slow and appear to purposely take their sweet time especially when there's a long line for medical screening. Female employee yelled at someone for absolutely no reason as well and management did nothing to reprimand her. Completely unprofessional.
