The staff here is awesome Damien, Raven and brandon rock and caring for there people the vitals staff also rocks there fast one of the best I have come across my travels thou the u.s
HORRIBLE i will never return , i was racially profiled by the nurse here because i smelled like “weed” when i don’t even smoke he told need to go change my clothes and come back and when i did LIVING 30 mins AWAY he had already put me in the system as deferred and too come back the next day after telling me to just change my clothes , they are overly rude here i DO NOT recommend donating here i’ve never experienced such bad people in my life
First time donors, it takes a while; but the staff is so friendly and they definitely put a smile on your face and try their best to help make the process go as fast and smooth as possible. After the first time, check-in is quick and smooth. If you're pressed on time, it's better to go any time before 3 p.m. throughout the week because they start getting really busy after 3 and the wait time will be much longer.
