Ms Cassandra, Onja, AJ, and Mindy always get me in and out as quickly as possible. Never donated plasma anywhere else, never felt the need to. Always feel welcomed by all the staff but deal with these ladies on a regular basis. In and out with great conversations if I could go 10/10 I would.
Cassandra is a very nice and loving person she always makes sure that everything goes smoothly, she is a very good worker and I love to see her every time I come she’s smiling and loves her job.she also makes sure everyone is ok she walks around making sure .
I didnt donate for 6 months so i became a new donor again and decided to try this location instead of pinellas park location. Just want to say the staff here in largo location were all amazing and nice. Mark, kayla, grace, cassandra, and remone(i hope i spelled that right) were all very kind to me and always nice. The facility is clean, I love the hydration station plus the crackers. This location seems to move much faster and smoother as well. Not one issue here! "ALL" Staff are very professional. Very funny and they are exceptional at their jobs during my visits. Those that post pictures and negative comments might need to realize, You come to CSL to help people. Some come for their payday. This is a act of Service and not a Obligation. Center has always been efficient and been professional. After three months and many donations they know their job and have always been Relaxed and Chill.
