It was actually A good experience until I got into the part where they have to poke me. And then it was an awful experience. I've never been treated this way. I come in there and I ask the girl hey are you good with needles? But I'm not sure. It was an okay question. I was just a little nervous. And her response was I guess you'll see! I guess that's the risk you take. And I was like well that doesn't make me feel very confident. Can I maybe have someone else do this? And she's like oh really?! Ms Cassandra, Onja, AJ, and Mindy always get me in and out as quickly as possible. Never donated plasma anywhere else, never felt the need to. Always feel welcomed by all the staff but deal with these ladies on a regular basis. In and out with great conversations if I could go 10/10 I would.
