I had written a 4 star review a year ago, letting everyone know I had a great experience at this donation sight. They WERE amazing, professional, and a decent time donating. However, ever since I left my review, it has become an absolute nightmare! They got rid of their rewards program right when I was going to cash in to $50, which took me 3 months to accumulate, and they changed the weight bracket where I got $10 less per donation, and made my old price increase weight to 200lbs. Always have a quick painless experience
Use to go in all the time and now it’s really hard to go. I get off work at 4 and by the time I’m able to make it in they are already closed most days by 4. Every other day closing at 4 is kinda ridiculous when you know working people get off shifts at 4 and could use the extra income and can’t make it to the st Pete locations. Having to skip a week because I can’t find time other days sucks!
