The 1st part of my initial intake was processed by Makayla. She was very welcoming and had a bright smile. Her questions and explanations of the whole process was very reassuring. Due to my prior donating schedule elsewhere prior, I had to wait 7 days to start my donations which was completely unnecessary and understandable. My 2nd part of my initial intake was on 9/6/26. Staff are well trained friendly and explain everything in detail. The facility is nice and clean and you get helped fast
Everyone was really helpful and welcoming. The receptionist/technician answered all my questions about the process, pay incentives, and how long the initial intake would take. As a first-time donor, there’s a VIDEO, about 67+ questions to complete at a KIOSK, a MEDICAL screening, and a VITALS check (weight, blood pressure, temperature, hematocrit, and a quick visual check of your arms/hands).
