I have been a donor for about years, one of which has been at this location. Rebecca with medical is great, she gets 5 stars! However, donor floor staff need to do better at cleaning and gloving. I have found blood on the bed and or arm rest multiple times in the last couple weeks, after they've supposed to have cleaned it before I sat down. Multiple of the donor floor staff are unprofessional at best and they do not act like they take sterility or blood safety seriously. Most of the Phlebs are good but the other supporting ... read more

I started coming to csl at the end of 2025 everything was going great at first .... One day they were short staffed I kept being skipped to be taken down from the machine and ended up having a panic attack.... One of the nurses that was there when it happened was very rude had an attitude every time I tried to speak from my point of view when I came back and had to speak with medical....
