Murdock is such a friendly staff member with such a good attitude!! Unsure of the other staff who has helped me or who my phlebotomists were but all of them seem to be great staff who seem to all get along! Which is very important as a donor to see a friendly, warm environment! Thank you CSL Plasma!!
First time coming to donate. Answered all pre screening questions online prior to going. Answered the same pre screening questions by an employee upon arriving. Had to answer the same questions already answered twice on a kiosk, then they checked my blood and I was good to go….to the NEXT screening room where I was asked the same set of questions I had previously answered 3 times already, just to be informed I am not eligible to donate because you have to be cancer free for 5 years. I called twice before going up there to see what i needed to bring for a new donor then when I got there they told me they wasn’t accepting new donors
