I was donating here for a very long time and I said something wrong to one of the staff and I got permanent deferred. That was in 2021 if the same staff is there it must still be a crappy center
The last time I came to CLS Plasma, the staff told me I could come inside and sit while I waited. They have plenty of different seating areas, and it was never an issue before. But today, even though the place was almost empty, I was told that if I wasn’t donating plasma at that exact moment, I had to sit outside in the sun. I had already been out there for an hour, and they still refused to let me come inside the building.
