Toya and kiya was very nice and polite and Toya was very gentle putting the needle in my arm and I appreciate that
I started coming in September of 2024. I came for my second time and was given a large bruise because someone wouldn't pay attention to my machine. I stopped coming for over 6 months. I just started coming back in August of this year and have had good visits ever since. Kai is very attentive. She talks to you like a person, not like you're just another body. This place has really gone down hill. I don’t donate much any more but decided to today. I was there an hour in total without getting hooked up. There were 3-4 people working on the whole donor floor, and none of them seemed to have a clue what was going on. I sat patiently in my chair, waiting for someone to hook me up, only to give up and leave because half of the employees were just walking around (one guy was on his personal phone). I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Usually I don't have a bad experience when I come up here. I came up here I was scheduled to make my $45. But when I finished They said I was getting$35. Turns out the lady that did the health screening put me in as 167 lb when I am well over 176 lb. They would not let me get back on the scale to prove that I knew what I was talking about considering I look dead at the scale when she weighed me. Needless to say I will not be donating again because it is not worth donating for $35 It was barely worth it for the 45 but at leas... read more
Every one was so friendly and helpful on my first day. Christina is delightful…. I’m on my second day now. Still friendly people.. I got to see Christina again. This is a nice friendly place. Thank you so much…. The whole staff… you are all sweet and gentle
