Amazing staff, very professional, beautiful atmosphere.
Staff is pleasant and good at their jobs, even if a little inconsistent with wrapping the arm afterwards (I've had to go back multiple times to get rewrapped before leaving the parking lot). 2 stars due to the ridiculous hours & poor staffing. Hours used to be 7AM- 7PM M-F with shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday to being closer completely Sundays, then closed entirely Saturday and Sunday, and now hours of operation are 8 AM - 6 PM. Since I’ve been coming here to this location, I’ve always encountered friendly staff from the check-in to the phlebotomist.
Idk if they stuck me right or didn't take the needle out properly but my napkin is literally covered and drenched in blood and I drunk water right before I came in . I Wish it let me take a picture
