Staff was very friendly, I have no track marks so it was easy. Alot of the 1 star reviews are people I know are users and are trying to use these kind people's money to support the illegal drug market.

I donated a little over a week ago and am seriously wondering if I will be going back. First, someone entered my birthday wrong. Then they did a crappy stick job, with the woman admitting it didn't go in right. With the stick not being in right, it rested wrong in my vein. I got in trouble because I stopped pumping my hand when I stopped because the machine was in error, which could have caused injury if i'd continued. Amazing staff, very professional, beautiful atmosphere.
Staff is pleasant and good at their jobs, even if a little inconsistent with wrapping the arm afterwards (I've had to go back multiple times to get rewrapped before leaving the parking lot). 2 stars due to the ridiculous hours & poor staffing. Hours used to be 7AM- 7PM M-F with shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday to being closer completely Sundays, then closed entirely Saturday and Sunday, and now hours of operation are 8 AM - 6 PM.
