Only give 3 cuz the pay could be better for the inconveniences that arise sometimes. But the staff up front is always great never hd issues and ones in the back just as great. People complain about them talking but to act like yall don't talk at y'all jobs instead of working come on. They doing same thing all day dealing with all kinds people. But they do they job great. They have petty rules. You can't sit on the "wrong side" while waiting on line. Yet, they have upwards of 2-3 hour wait time. And God forbid, you can't charge your phone. All this time waiting and they can't supply seats.
I wanted to share my experience at the plasma donation center in the hope that it leads to improvements for future donors. If possible, I strongly recommend seeking an alternative location, as the level of care and efficiency at this facility was disappointing. I'm always advised that this is the worst location. During my visits, the nurses struggled to locate veins and then shifted blame onto me rather than taking accountability. Staff was very friendly, I have no track marks so it was easy. Alot of the 1 star reviews are people I know are users and are trying to use these kind people's money to support the illegal drug market.
