The staff are very nice, but I just wish it didn’t always take 3 or more hours as a return donor to donate. I’ve been here for overtwo hours and there’s still 8 people ahead of me waiting to donate. There’s just no excuse to make the donors wait that long…
First time going into plasma and they welcome to me in showed me what to do and where to go and they were very polite and very careful
Checked in at the front desk and the guy asked if I had my SS card. I said no, but I know my number and I have a photo of it, will that work? He said yes, have a seat. I waited for an hour and a half to go to the next room where the same guy then denied me because I didn’t have my SS card on me. Thanks for the huge waste of my time today y’all! :(
Place is like a R&B dance off for the staff . Staff if rude , inconsiderate, extreme wait times. Old man doing vitals nods off durning exams . Go at 6:15pm for fastest service
