I literally only have one complaint about this location and its that they are understaffed. Only one vitals station was open and the line to donate stretched almost to the bathroom. Otherwise the experience is great the facilities are clean and the staff are welcoming and professional they just need more help.
My wife visited CSL Plasma and experienced an adverse outcome. The female technician incorrectly inserted the IV, placing it at an angle, and within 40 seconds of initiating the procedure, she developed a hematoma. The following day, she sought medical attention at an urgent care facility, where her arm was wrapped. Subsequently, she consulted her primary care physician, who ordered an ultrasound, revealing nerve damage, vein damage, and tissue damage. I seen a bedbug, and it didn't come from me.
Smells like a sewer. Long long wait times. Got 1 person working the counter. The dollar general of plasma places. Don't post a reply that your sorry, cause this has gone on for to long. You need to be regulated on employees and service. A law that says you can't leave people waiting for hours cause you can't run the business right ! Seriously, ever heard of febreeze ? Don't open the doors if we can't check in. Absurd. You guys need drug tested. Still smells like poop.
They won't let you charge your phone here anymore. Not even if you're donating. Not even if you ask them to plug it in for you while you are waiting while donating. I think it's bad customer service.
