If I could rate a negative ten I would. An hour wait time before I was seated and hucked up very short staffed please do something about this been going on since 2021

This is the least paying plasma center in El Paso. Atleast the other ones pay everyone equally either $55 for the first donation of the week and $70 for the second of the week. We take our time to donate and save lives, and for me to receive $25 just now is insane to me. I felt like telling them to keep the money cuz they obviously need it more…. Raise the pay rates!!!!!
Edited for brevity: I almost skipped this location because of the reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t! I’ve donated here several times, and every visit has been great. The staff is always kind, professional, and informative. The phlebotomists are gentle — the needle barely hurts, and I’ve never had a blowout. One even gave me a purple bandage once just because I asked. So nice. I’ve had a couple of rough experiences, but that was on me — I hadn’t eaten much or had enough electrolytes beforehand.
