The front desk is always a mess! EVERYONE is on the phone with gloves ON! Always loooong line and they look more worry about gossiping then patients. Also I’m always hearing complaints about the back staff but the front never helps! Like this lady her name is Jacquie and always takes forever to scan you Right now she is distracting the only person scanning :/ Armando scan me and didn’t change your gloves in between patients 🥲
La muchacha que me desconectó no se cambió ls guantes, desconectó a otro donante primero y después a mi y uso los mismos guantes… muy mal…
Take long talk and talk with each other long line very rude and the lady who helped me asking questions that's none of her business don't recommend this place today is my last not worth it
