First time donating because fell on hard times n the people are rude. Had an appointment and they would not take time to answer questions.
Most of the front kind, the back is very unfocused, chatty, they are lacking personnel which in turn they shouldnt keep so many people hooked up at once if they cant attend to the overload. Its dangerous to keep pts hooked up after the process has finished, im talking 10+ minutes.
