if i could put 0 stars I would. Came here 7/22 at around 3:30pm was told that they are done taking new donors for the day. I was told to come back at 7AM, ok understandable it was late in the day. So I come again the next day 7/23 stood in line for over an hour. Just to be told that they arent accepting new donors and to come back at 11AM. Which makes zero since because if that was a stipulation it should be posted UP and not just made randomly by employees. Very unprofessional.
I stood in line for about 4 hour or more… after my physical… the doctor told me to go stand on the wall and i would be the next person to go donate… well some people behind me kept yelling and laughing at me and telling me-to go to the end of the line… i said no the doctor told me to stand here and i would be next… so everyone started screaming at me and laughing and telling me to go the back… the security guard also told me to go to the-back… at this point i told him no sir the doctor told me otherwise and he started arguin... read more
Their to slow they only have one person that take her job seriously and that Lakeisha everyone else don’t care about the patient they make you wait cause if you looking at them they make it seem like your rushing them the only reason I come is cause Lakeisha still work their if she leave they will lose a lot of people
3.5 hour donation... be ready to stand in line for a few hours.
