I like the place, just not the company that gives out extra rewards for donations. If it ever says returning donor for the reward, that means if you havent gone there in 6 months, then you can receive the bonus. I was told it states these terms, but I was unable to locate it. Then I was told it can be located in the email sent. I dont receive emails. Just texts.
I enjoy the people/workers who are all very qualified and friendly at the Medina, Ohio location. The staff is top notch and they are a joy to be around. I want it known that I give the Medina location 5 STARS for excellence, those same 5 STARS DO NOT apply to CSL corporation, I rate the corporation CSL Plasma at 2 stars. I LOVE this place! When I first decided to donate plasma, I went to another center (different company), had an absolutely awful experience and didnt even get to donate. I came to CSL and the difference was literally like night and day! The staff at CSL is so nice! If there are any issues, they explain kindly what it is AND what can be done to fix it! The other center (bad) is much closer to where I live but I think the extra travel is totally worth it!
Easy cash. Nice people. Good way to provide service.
The staff here is amazing!!! This is my favorite place to come after work. They are great at what they do and make it a great experience!!! 15/10
