I've previously left 5 star review for my local Medina, Ohio CSL Plasma location based on friendly staff and clean environment. I however, rate the corporation at 1 STAR. This location has had an ALMOST complete turnover in on floor staff workers. Seems corporate isn't concerned and wait time is increasing even with new machines designed to improve efficiency. Would give zero for wasting my time it would have been my first time donating I got the process started and watched that long and annoyingly loud 20 minute video and then I waited some more for them to get me into the back room to make an account. All that for them just to tell me I have to have my social security memorized so I can confirm it when the time comes to actually donate and then they made me leave and told me to come back tomorrow and I can’t wear pajama pants anyway and they wouldn’t even let me call to get my r... read more
The complete staff of this place are outstanding and friendly. If you don't mind needles and donating your plasma, you can make some cash.
I just started donating a few months ago I have never had a bad experience here. All of the staff is super friendly and very helpful. I find them all incredibly professional and following the policies and procedures that are set form by this company. If you are donating because you truly want to help people than you should understand what they are here for
