Super slow, Prepare to spend 3 hours here just waiting in line
I’m not really someone who fixes my mouth to complain, but I have to after today. It’s a fact that the Everything is slower with the new machines. Yes, the plasma donation process itself is faster, but as far as the employees & the lines along with them opening late in the morning. I don’t see what was the point in getting new machines That are faster- If y’all are just going to have less machines less workers and everything is slower altogether, it just doesn’t make sense to me.
