I find this place to be extremely un organized… there are some nice people here. But I must say there is a lady here African dark skinned named Emily that ruined my experience here. So today while visiting I had my sick mother who suffers with migraines in the car with my twins. I stepped out to assist them quick and came right back in not even 3 mins. I drove 40 minutes to the Yeadon location today and they refused to let me and my wife donate today. I arrived at 10am and the security guard greeted me and said they were not seeing new donors today due to staffing issues, this location closes at 2pm today and it didn’t seem busy so I didn’t understand why me and my couldn’t be seen today. Terrible the lines are long and you always gotta wait. And the staff is very rude and unprofessional. It’s actually never a good experience or an easy time when I’m there
Waited for three hours to finally get seated for plasma for them to tell everyone to leave because they have no nurse. So sat down just to be told i have to leave with no payment even though I was already sitting to get sticked. This is my last time coming here recommend others to not waste their time.
I go to this center very frequently, but since my recent visit I have to say, this place needs needs an extreme makeover in the customer service department. Most of the staff forget that the people who come in here are sitting right in front of them and can hear every snarky comment they say. As respectful as I try to be every visit I'm being met with a staff member that doesn't want to be there, rushing to hook people up to the machine, and taking forever to unhook them when the process if over.
