Very smooth experience for a new donor.
I didn't like the way they treated me today, being a returning donor at that..those women in the vital sign area didn't want to wait on me when they were told that I was waiting for someone to assist me!!!
This place pays their employees $15 per hour to do blood work is beyond belief. How do a Walmart cashier make more than someone who is dealing with blood in any capacity? This why this place will always get bad ratting because they work their employees so hard and pay them so little that’s why the staff is always angry
The staff was super helpful. They helped me from beginning to the end. Ms. Cheryl is a wonderful nurse. And for those who are nervous, scared or unsure. this is the ONLY CSL plasma location I recommend.
Crystal and Justin miss Ann are the best there this is the best csl in Philly
