Place is by far the worst one staff are very rude and unprofessional no kinda structure whatsoever.. i really recommend B positive if you’re looking to be a donor

The 2 WORKERS. That stick people in the AM. Are terrible. They move at they own pace, always got an attitude & are CLEARLY not trained at what they are doing. Something here needs to CHANGE.

They seemingly turn a 1-2 hour process (other plasma centers) into a 4 hour process. Usually one person at reception, long lines, bad attitudes. The phlebotomists move when they feel like it. If you ask to be disconnected because you’ve sat completed for 20-30 mins they get upset and yell wait. Or tell you they aren’t doing disconnects. On their phones, no sense of urgency or respect for donors. Very rude. They moved fast one time and that was when their higher ups came to audit them. The absolute worse experience. I get there at 540am to beat the line. I dont get out until after 9am. The staff was late my last two donations and didn't arrive until almost 7am despite opening at 6am. Everyone had to stand and wait outside for an extra hour. There is no sense of urgency or respect for donors time. I was left on the machine for about 40 minutes after I was done, for my last two donations. I asked four times to be taken off the machine after sitting for 40 minutes and everyone said they couldn't help me. When... read more
