Very ignorant employees and unprofessional people that doesn’t want to stick certain people’s veins because their to “small” the manager will loop hole you and DEFER you because their shitty employees can’t do their job right.. so instead they will DEFER you and the employee that blew your Veins gets to keep their job!! Great when staffed Very kind nurses and Dr.s Clean facility One thing—-very cold, bring gear. I look at it this way, we’re all in it for the sincere love of giving. First let me start by saying that the staff there is always great with me. I have been donating 2 times a week for like 18 months. There are times it is busy, and there are times I can just walk in. I dont have any issue with that. But what happened today I has an issue with. The line to get my vitals checked was extra long. I was 14th in line.
