Had a wonderful experience
Several different times I tried calling this place and this was during business hours not when they were ready to close and the phone was just ringing and ringing and no one would bother to pick it up. That’s a very poor way of doing business!
Lost my donation card back in October reported it lost or stolen. Was sent a new one and activated it immediately. I didn't donate again until 6 weeks later. My last four donations have gone to a stolen card. I even called back a second time and reminded them that it was lost or stolen. When I went in two days later that donation was still sent to the stolen car. Both parties, card service and CSL deny any wrongful doing and pass the blame on each other. I lost over $200.
