Rude and uniformed associates there. I went through the whole entire process including seeing the med station and waiting in a very long line. They told me when I was next, that I am being deferred permanently. I was there for almost a little past an hour. Terrible place
Just finish donating ....1st time ...they tell you it will be 2 to 4 hrs for the 1st time because of physical and all...it took me a total of 1hr 45 min...Very professional ...The machines are the quickest and drawing and return...I donated at biolife, and biomat-grifols and the CSL at the temple location was among the best! The drive here is worth it...the next time I come it will be without the physical and extra questions...so my donation will probably be 40 min...I weigh 225 lbs...so imagine someone lighter ...very quick... read more
Nadia, whose name tag says "senior" is rude and has a bad attitude. Also there are 10 people myself included who have been standing in the donor floor area for approximately 30 minutes......this is stupid and I'm not coming back here
Y'all need a clear cutoff time for accepting donors, NOT simply closing time. Respect your employees, they're good people.
Been going for years, went last week everything was fine. Went this week and all of a sudden you can only use a certain size cuff and they are discriminating against you if you are unable to use it. Even tho all other vitals and everything is in range, they make changes overnight and don’t think to warn people changes will be taking effect soon and to be ready for it. The staff is mostly great, apparently corporate doesn’t care for the people who go there.
