Better Experience than previous.. phlebotomist was very nice and did an awesome job..Still not a huge fan of one of the girls giving vitals..Not friendly at all..But an overall pleasant experience..
Best plasma center ever!! I’ve gone to most of them from here to Coppers Cove!! This one has the best people and by far the best customer service!! Donna is my favorite!! I’m staying at my CSL!!!
I have been donating at CSL centers off and on since I was 18. What was the reason for throwing out blood pressure cuffs that would allow everyone who was willing to donate? I could understand if they didn't make them or you didn't have access to them. But knowingly getting rid of them when a good amount of people use them I don't understand. It feels like discrimination and an unwillingness to be accommodating to new and long term donors. Even if I can return I wouldn't. I no longer feel safe. For those who this will affect... read more
Worst staff ever went to donate had a small line couldn't check in they told me to see the nurse waited for almost an hour nurse finally saw me told me my blood proteins were fine so what should have been a quick visit turned into an hour long wait no way I was donating after that.
