Y'all need a clear cutoff time for accepting donors, NOT simply closing time. Respect your employees, they're good people.
Been going for years, went last week everything was fine. Went this week and all of a sudden you can only use a certain size cuff and they are discriminating against you if you are unable to use it. Even tho all other vitals and everything is in range, they make changes overnight and don’t think to warn people changes will be taking effect soon and to be ready for it. The staff is mostly great, apparently corporate doesn’t care for the people who go there.
This place has serious issues. Machines are always messing up or broken . They started this new thing where if you can't use a blue or red blood pressure cuff you can't donate . So it's funny two days ago I was able to use the red blood pressure cuff but now I go to donate and am told I can't use the red cuff cuz it doesn't work for me but the cuff they put on you on the donation floor fits me ,that's the one that should matter .
I have been going here for four years now and I love it here. Very nice staff to do a quick job. The process is so quick If you come at a good time
Love the staff, never show up if you're in a hurry, greatness takes time. No appointment required, occasional bonuses are cool. Well trained and knowledgeable.
