I’ve called this particular location in landover 4 to 5 times on July 15 & 16. No one answers the phone.
Besides the first time I donated where I had trouble. Everything after was a great experience, Staff was amazing, waiting wasn't to long and donating itself wasn't also long. Never any problems with payment. Very glad I could donate here for at least a year. I don't understand why it's closing and what could have caused that but hope every single onenof the workers do well in thier lives, Mia, Diana all of em. I don't know if I'll continue donating at CSL since the closest one to me is a extra hour away but I'll still donate... read more
Very unprofessional they don’t come in until it’s time to open it’s always long waits nurse is always late n every week their opening three hours late I will not return this is very irritating and im extremely annoyed with the service no one wants to do anything they take forever jus to set up the machines then their always under staffed I do not recommend this place
Things have changed.... That statement is still true, but I must say times are good at the Landover location. I'm an original and it's some new faces and some remaining, but Landover CSL overall mission to providing a good donor experience I'll admit has never changed. Was super busy the other day and y'all did a A+ job handling it. Glad to see the high level of performance and execution.
