Been to BioLife & Octapharma, I’d say this location specifically is about as smooth & pain free as you’ll find. This my 4th donation I come from the south just for the service. Young lady receptionist name starts with Y is very helpful/informative. Nurse Jan is cool af/professional. Techs screen you thru in bout 15mins but there’s sometimes a wait, no chairs. Phlebotomists are solid I haven’t had any issues with being stuck or after effects. My only complaint is the long waits and zero chairs. Reason why I have time to write... read more
Honestly the worst of the worst places to donate. I wait for over 4 hours to become a new donor and I’m probably never going to come back.
Elijah was extremely professional and knowledgeable. “A true professional.” Rosalinda was extremely kind, so much so that I can tell that she is passionate about her job. Xavier was definitely the icing on the cake. I am 36 years old. I’ve had my share of doctors visit and blood withdrawn. I am not exaggerating Xavier is a professional phlebotomist.
