I went in to donate my 2nd donation and on my 1st one the girl doing it thought I was going to get away or something cause she stabbed me like I was prey and it hurt and bruised a little . Then my 2nd donation I mentioned it and said I WILL NOT BE USING THIS ARM FOR AWHILE ITS SORE AND THEN IM SURROUNDED WITH ROOKIE WHITE COATS TELLING ME I CANT USE THAT ARM I SAID NO SHIT I JUST SAID THAT, SO AFTER 10 MINUTES OF THEM TELLING ME I CANT USE THAT ARM AND I KEEP SAYING I KNOW TO JUST USE THE OTHER ARM I FINALLY DONATED . They change their pay schedule every 2 weeks. They've decreased the amount they pay consistebtly since I started donating. The management lacks accountability and blames the corporation they work for any problem you try to address to them. The staff often calls in or tells them last minute that they will not be present. From what I can tell this is due to overworking some employees and allowing others to stand around and chat. The calls ins often cause problems with the buisness maintaining its regular hours. Dispaointed my daughter was here for 3 hours went through the whole process the lady decided not to prick her (didnt even check her veins) and now she gets nothing this was something she shouldve been made aware of before
This place sucks. I've been in line for over 3 hours and no one has called my name or even tried to help. While other people have come in and gotten seen before me. Not to mention it's 8-16-25 and they closed and locked the door with out telling anyone. People are coming up to the door and no one is allowed in. I heard the staff say they wanted to go home early. This place is trash.
Great job to CSL. They had a really good reason to close citrus heights for a little while. For the safety of their customers. They did an awesome job handling the extra customer traffic over at The Howe & Wyda location. I'm impressed. Total professionals
