This place sucks. I've been in line for over 3 hours and no one has called my name or even tried to help. While other people have come in and gotten seen before me. Not to mention it's 8-16-25 and they closed and locked the door with out telling anyone. People are coming up to the door and no one is allowed in. I heard the staff say they wanted to go home early. This place is trash.
Great job to CSL. They had a really good reason to close citrus heights for a little while. For the safety of their customers. They did an awesome job handling the extra customer traffic over at The Howe & Wyda location. I'm impressed. Total professionals
Center closed randomly, and completely confused as too when it’ll open again.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The only reason they even get one is because this review site won’t let me rate them lower. I’ve been coming here for a year, and in that time it has devolved into an absolute joke of an operation. First and foremost, there is one particular staff member who has single-handedly made my visits miserable. As far as waiting & as the lines go, I give it a zero. Like it’s awfully long & the company has cut the amount of workers who work here. However, the workers alone are amazing & are absolutely the nicest people ever. The woman here are super sweet & hard-working & make you feel welcomed & comfortable & are working to their best ability to get you in & out. Nicest plasma place I have went to, regarding hygiene & cleanliness as well.
