Staff is amazing but they take years to process mainly because it usually only be one processor with like 30 people waiting. And they take long to take you off needle once donation is completed
When going to CSL plasma and Amira is there my experience be so amazing. She is so nice and caring. She makes the process relaxing and smooth. If she is there I recommend to be handled by her.
I did it so you don’t have to. I donated approximately four times the initial donation to get in. I was in shop from 9 AM to 3 PM. Didn’t get done done until 345. They do claim to need new donors, but you are on the lowest of priority, therefore be prepared to wait at least 4 to 5 hours in addition to this when you go and donate there is no schedule or timing and because of this the minimal wait time is two hours the average time it took to donate on the other times was three hours.
